Scientist Invitation Program 2025 (SIP2025)
Associate Professor Dr. Chatchawan Jantasuriyarat, Deputy Dean for Research and International Relations, Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, was honored to represent Thailand in the biological sciences field at the Scientist Invitation Program 2025, held in Seoul, South Korea, from July 13 to 25, 2025.
Dr. Chatchawan Jantasuriyarat participated alongside two other distinguished Thai scientists:
Dr. Pummarin Khamdahsag, Chulalongkorn University
Associate Professor Chadamas Sakonsinsiri, Khon Kaen University
The program, sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT of South Korea, aims to promote scientific collaboration and strengthen research capabilities among scientists from APEC member economies. It includes expert training sessions, academic exchanges, and capacity-building activities in specific scientific fields.
Through this program, participants engaged in seminars, laboratory visits, networking sessions, and collaborative discussions with scientists from other APEC economies. These activities contributed significantly to enhancing international research networks and exploring potential collaborative projects for future regional development.

รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัชวาล จันทราสุริยารัตน์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ได้รับคัดเลือกเป็นตัวแทนนักวิจัยจากประเทศไทยในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพ เพื่อเข้าร่วมโครงการ Scientist Invitation Program 2025 ณ กรุงโซล ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ ระหว่างวันที่ 13 ถึง 25 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568
โดยได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพร้อมกับนักวิจัยไทยอีก 2 ท่าน ได้แก่
ดร. ภุมรินทร์ คำเดชศักดิ์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชฎามาศ สกลศิลป์ศิริ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
โครงการนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และ ICT แห่งสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิทยาศาสตร์ระหว่างประเทศสมาชิกความร่วมมือเศรษฐกิจเอเชีย-แปซิฟิก (APEC) และพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักวิจัยผ่านการฝึกอบรมเชิงลึกเฉพาะด้าน
ภายใต้โครงการนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมสัมมนา เยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการ ร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างเครือข่าย และแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้กับนักวิทยาศาสตร์จากประเทศสมาชิก APEC อื่น ๆ ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างความร่วมมือเชิงวิชาการและเปิดโอกาสในการดำเนินโครงการวิจัยร่วมในอนาคต
