On July 1, 2026, the Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University welcomed three undergraduate students from the Faculty of Biological Sciences, Nong Lam University, Vietnam to participate in the Internship Program 2026, taking place from July 1–31, 2026.
The participating students—Ms. Le Vu Hoang Dung, Ms. Nguyen Hoang Ngan, and Ms. Ha Nguyen Hong An—will conduct research under the supervision of faculty members and researchers in the areas of rice blast fungus genetics, rice–blast fungus interactions, and PCR optimization for DNA barcoding of wood samples. The internship is supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Chatchawan Jantasuriyarat and Dr. Nattanon Meeprom.
The program reflects the long-standing academic partnership between Kasetsart University and Nong Lam University, providing valuable research experience while strengthening international collaboration and knowledge exchange between the two institutions.

เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2569 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ให้การต้อนรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี จำนวน 3 คน จาก Faculty of Biological Sciences, Nong Lam University ประเทศเวียดนาม ได้แก่ นางสาว Le Vu Hoang Dung, นางสาว Nguyen Hoang Ngan และนางสาว Ha Nguyen Hong An เข้าร่วม โครงการ Internship Program 2026 ณ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ระหว่างวันที่ 1–31 กรกฎาคม 2569
นักศึกษาทั้ง 3 คน จะเข้าฝึกปฏิบัติงานวิจัยภายใต้การดูแลของคณาจารย์และนักวิจัยของคณะฯ ในหัวข้อวิจัยด้านชีววิทยาและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ ได้แก่ พันธุศาสตร์ของเชื้อราสาเหตุโรคไหม้ข้าว (Rice Blast Fungus Genetics) ปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้าวกับเชื้อราสาเหตุโรคไหม้ข้าว (Rice–Blast Fungus Interactions) และ การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเทคนิค PCR สำหรับ DNA Barcoding ของตัวอย่างไม้ (PCR Optimization for DNA Barcoding of Wood Samples) โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัชวาล จันทราสุริยารัตน์ และ ดร.ณัฐนนท์ มีพรหม เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา
โครงการนี้เป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์และ Nong Lam University ซึ่งมีส่วนสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ด้านการวิจัย และการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาในระดับนานาชาติ
