Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University Welcomes Delegation from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST), Taiwan
On July 2, 2026, the Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Wanchai Pluempanupat, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Associate Professor Dr. Chatchawan Jantasuriyarat, Deputy Dean for Research and International Affairs, welcomed a 12-member delegation from the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST), Taiwan. The delegation was led by Professor Ru-Chu Shih, Vice President and Dean of International Affairs.
Also participating in the welcoming ceremony were faculty experts, including Associate Professor Dr. Chatchawal Wongchoosuk and Assistant Professor Dr. Weeraphat Pon-on from the Department of Physics, and Assistant Professor Dr. Panu Trivej from the Department of Earth Science.
The visit aimed to strengthen the long-standing partnership between the two universities and explore opportunities for expanding academic and research collaboration. Discussions focused on student, faculty, and researcher exchanges, joint research initiatives, and future collaboration in smart agriculture, engineering, materials science, renewable energy, environmental technology, and sustainability.
This meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of Kasetsart University and NPUST to advancing international collaboration and developing impactful partnerships in education, research, and innovation for sustainable development.

เมื่อวันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วันชัย ปลื้มภาณุภัทร คณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ และ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัชวาล จันทราสุริยารัตน์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัชวาล วงศ์ชูสุข, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีรพัฒน์ พลอัน จากภาควิชาฟิสิกส์ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภาณุ ตรัยเวช จากภาควิชาวิทยาศาสตร์พื้นพิภพ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจำนวน 12 ท่านจาก National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST) สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) นำโดย Professor Ru-Chu Shih รองอธิการบดีและคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ บางเขน
การเยือนครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสองสถาบัน พร้อมหารือแนวทางการขยายความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษา การวิจัย และนวัตกรรม โดยมุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนนิสิต บุคลากร และนักวิจัย การพัฒนาโครงการวิจัยร่วม ตลอดจนความร่วมมือในสาขาที่ทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัยมีความเชี่ยวชาญร่วมกัน อาทิ เทคโนโลยีการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วัสดุศาสตร์ พลังงานหมุนเวียน เทคโนโลยีสิ่งแวดล้อม และการพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืน
การหารือในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์และ NPUST ในการต่อยอดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อร่วมกันยกระดับการศึกษา การวิจัย และสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป
