On 6 August 2026, the International Affairs Division, Kasetsart University, in collaboration with the International Relations and Global Affairs Division, Faculty of Science, organized the farewell programme of the HZAU Student Camp at KU 2026. The programme was officially opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Donludee Jaisut, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, who delivered the opening remarks and warmly welcomed the participants. The event was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wanchai Pluempanupat, Dean of the Faculty of Science; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatchawan Jantasuriyarat, Associate Dean for Research and International Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Panu Pimviriyakul, Assistant Dean for International Affairs; together with staff from the International Affairs Division, Kasetsart University, the International Relations and Global Affairs Division, Faculty of Science, and the delegation from Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU), People’s Republic of China.
Held at the Museum of Agricultural Culture, Kasetsart University, the programme offered HZAU students an opportunity to deepen their understanding of Thai culture through cultural exchange activities and a traditional Thai dance performance. During the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wanchai Pluempanupat presented certificates to all participating students in recognition of their successful completion of the programme. Participants also shared a farewell luncheon, celebrating the friendships and academic connections established throughout the camp.
In the afternoon, HZAU students participated in a Microbiology and Fermentation Laboratory Workshop led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Rachatida Det-udom. Through hands-on activities in making waffles and kombucha, the students explored fundamental concepts of food microbiology and fermentation while gaining practical laboratory experience. The workshop also encouraged creativity, teamwork, and experiential learning. The activities concluded the HZAU Student Camp at KU 2026, further strengthening academic collaboration and cultural understanding between Kasetsart University and Huazhong Agricultural University.

วันที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2569 กองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ร่วมกับ งานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศและกิจการระดับโลก คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ จัดกิจกรรมส่งท้ายโครงการ HZAU Student Camp at KU 2026 โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดลฤดี ใจสุทธิ์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานและกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ภายในงานมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วันชัย ปลื้มภาณุภัทร คณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัชวาล จันทราสุริยารัตน์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภานุ พิมพ์วิริยะกุล ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ บุคลากรงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศและกิจการระดับโลก คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ และคณะผู้แทนจาก Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU) สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ณ สํานักพิพิธภัณฑ์และวัฒนธรรมการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษา HZAU ได้เรียนรู้และสัมผัสวัฒนธรรมไทยผ่านกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมและการแสดงนาฏศิลป์ไทย ภายในงาน รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วันชัย ปลื้มภาณุภัทร ได้มอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่นักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ เพื่อแสดงความยินดีและเชิดชูความสำเร็จในการเข้าร่วมโครงการ ก่อนร่วมรับประทานอาหารกลางวันและกระชับความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างผู้เข้าร่วมจากทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัย
ในช่วงบ่าย นักศึกษา HZAU ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Microbiology and Fermentation Laboratory Workshop นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รัชธิดา เดชอุดม โดยได้เรียนรู้ผ่านการปฏิบัติจริงในการทำวาฟเฟิลและเครื่องดื่มคอมบูฉะ พร้อมศึกษาหลักการพื้นฐานด้านจุลชีววิทยาอาหารและกระบวนการหมัก ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างทักษะการทำงานในห้องปฏิบัติการ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการทำงานร่วมกันในบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้นานาชาติ กิจกรรมครั้งนี้นับเป็นการปิดท้ายโครงการ HZAU Student Camp at KU 2026 อย่างอบอุ่น และสะท้อนถึงความร่วมมืออันดีด้านวิชาการและการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์และ Huazhong Agricultural University
